• Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin (GHC-SCW)

If we are not in network with your insurance company, please reach out to your insurance company to see if you are able to be reimbursed for an out-of-network provider. We are happy to provide you with a “super bill” after each session so that you can request reimbursement from your insurance company for an out-of-network provider.

We accept private pay. Please contact us for current private pay rates.
